Simple answers
Does Pickmen provide staff?
No. Pickmen is not a staffing or placement agency. We only check and keep a worker’s work record on the Pickmen Card. Workers find their own jobs and employers choose their own workers.
How does an employer join?
Click “Employer sign up” and upload one company document (GST, shop licence, Udyam, PAN etc.). Pickmen checks it and switches on your account.
What do I see when I scan a card?
Anyone who scans sees the photo, name, role, experience, where the person worked, skills and rating at once. With the worker's 8-character Verification PIN you also see salary, documents and a resume PDF.
How reliable is the information?
Every job is added at a Pickmen centre after checking documents, or confirmed with the employer. Workers cannot change their own record.
Who can get a Pickmen Card?
Security guards, housekeeping staff, drivers, delivery staff, factory and office support workers, technicians and other blue-collar workers.
Who can see my salary?
Salary opens only with your Verification PIN — so only people you give the PIN to. Also Pickmen staff and employers you worked for.
I lost my card or PIN. What should I do?
Call Pickmen or visit any centre. We will change the PIN or print a new card.
